About

■ ROBOTICS® education centre is an educational institution which concerns about the development of robotics technology, we teach children aged 4 -18 years. We use LEGO® Education as our basic tools.

■ "Playing is fun 'work' for children" is our concept. Playing while building an object that is continuously trained (practice) through investigation and confronts the problem will result in a logical way of thinking, solution, and creativity. Learning method which is applied is LEARNING by MAKING. Children are trained to create or build anything.

Introducing young children to technology by teaching and traning them how to assemble robots to enhance their creativity,imagination, and develop their logical thinking with learning method “LEARNING by MAKING".

Why you should learn in ROBOTICS®?

REC provides good eye and hand coordination as well as sharpen fine motor skills.
REC bares a curriculum that contains art abilities (creativity, imagination, design, aesthetic) and social development, childs mental and emotions (patience, persistence, confident, communication & team work).
REC introduces science and technology to the students (simple applications, structure & power mechanism).
REC uses Lego Education as tools, student passports as media and worksheets as theories.

REC is oriented to practical implementations, not only theories.
REC teaches the students to be a problem solver and best creator.
REC also have equipped and adequate class rooms for the development of the students.

REC organizes and turns a competition every year called ROBOTICS" National Competition (RNC), participates actively in national competition (IRO) and international competition (WRO).

Mosaic 1D, 2D, & 3D

4 - 6 Years Old

Mosaic class is one of the basic level which is intended for children aged 4-6 years, the academic program contains material including 80% (playing), 20% (learning)

Objectives :

Recognize colors, Create patterns, Learn calculation, Learn symmetrical buildings

Fun With

Machine

7 Years Old

Fun with machine class in one of the basic level which is intended for children aged 7 years, this academic program consists of learning materials on simple mechanical principles using a construcpedia.

Objectives :

Solve problem using picture
Learn stability
Learn the basic principles of mechanics such as: gears, pulleys, levers, wheels & axle

Fun With Programming

8 Years Old

Fun with programming class in one of the basic level which is intended for children aged 8 years, this academic program consist of learning materials to build and program a simple model with WeDo activity using the computer.

Objectives :

Develop teamwork skills
Learn simple programming
Look for alternative solutions
Design robots

Mechanic Engineering

9 - 18 Years Old

Mechanic Engineering class is intended for elementary level for children aged 9-18 years, this academic program consists of learning materials on the principles of mechanics and how it work and make mechanical projects that can move by using a motor power.

Programming

12 - 18 Years Old

Programming class is an advanced level which is intended for children aged 12-18 years, this academic program consists of learning materials on the use of sensors and learning programming from simple to complex levels using EV3 software.
